Strange symptoms - throwing up (yuck warning - not if you are eating)

Ds had threw up a couple of times, last night and today. His stools are also very watery past 3-4 days.

What was really odd that vomit was completely dry – hard to explain, not like the usual runny vomit, this looked formed, playdough-like and last night it was completely black, because of charcoal before bed, so really like a formed ball of black shiny playdough... Easy to clean by scooping up, even though it was hours after eating each time. I have never seen anything like this, has anyone else?

He does not complain of any pains or cramps or anything. Apetite low but still has some. Doing well with ‘autism’ symptoms, very good speech and today even simultanously gestured a lot at one point.

Trying to figure out if this strange vomit could be a sign of some clear-out (we are still on ldm, recently added green tea+grape seed and green tea australian flower remedy – supposed to fight yeast), or a sheer coincidence.

Very puzzled here.
