I like charcoal a lot but don't combine it with other stuff since it basically neutralizes whatever it comes in contact with. That's why I don't understand the CSM/charcoal combo. I also take ketakonazole and nystatin in tablet forms, not spray or oral. I take amphotericin B in spray form (which I think is probably more effective than ketakonazole). Nystatin is not considered systemic. Meaning it only works on surface areas. I know a lot of people who've benefitted from Nystatin. Others who've seen no benefit at all. Depends on your organisms and their susceptibilities.
