Newbie & Herbal Treatment Question

I have searched the internet and the archives here but can't find

much info on something that a friend recommended. She saw an

infomerical on TV. So I have decided to join the group and see if

anyone here can help. It is for RA and Fibromyalgia.

It is a glucosamine and herbal COX2 that is supposed to help reduce

the amount of meds that I am taking. It is called FlexProtex. The

site with the best info that I could find is www.itvsales.info by

watching the actual show.

Has anyone here tried this or something similar? My doctor

said " Can't hurt, might help " . It does have a 30 day guarantee on it

but I wanted a little more feedback before trying it. Is the

guarantee a show of confidence in results or would this actually hurt

me?
