Guest guest
Hi, That was me, I am very low on Glutathione. I have never heard of L & R, I’ll research it when I have some time. I did check two of my supplements with Lipoic Acid and neither says anything about L & R. Both just say Alpha Lipoic Acid. Interesting, thank you! I’ll ask Dr. Leu the next time I see him too. Kenda Hi i rememeber someone talking about Glutathione and being deficient in it. My naturopath just gave me some Alpha Lipoic Acid which im sure alot of you have already tried, but he said there is a big difference in the way it is processed and stabilized and a lot of the brands at the stores arnt giving you the L & R (Dont know what it means) but he said its very important to get both. The name of the company he uses is Designs for Health and the product is called- Stabilized R-LIpoic Acid Supreme. Its expensive $48.00 but he dosnt recommend anything else. Guest guest
You would probably get more help from a DAN biomedical list as it's not something uses. Glut is definitely a DAN thing. Guest guest
I believe Dr. Cheney (the CFIDS guru)changed his mind re: glutathione via whey protocol from yes to no...Also, the Cutler amalgam protocol discourages glutathione as well...I am speaking in generalities here so don't quote me. So do a lot of research please. Hope
