Guest guest
A big breakthrough. Let's hope it lays some groundwork for prophylactically dealing with the newest retro-virus, XMRV, which is being implicated in the majority of CFS paitients. Unfortunately, the news isn't as good for someone who's had the virus a long time, as implied in this article, the infection slowly breaks down the immune system until it becomes a non-factor. But anti-viral drugs are boosting the IS and extending lives, so again, there may be some hope on the horizon for CFS patients.
