The DVD’s contain approximately 6 hours of lectures by Prof. Malcolm Hooper, Dr. Ritchie Shoemaker and Dr. Mette sgaard, among others. Title: Diagnosis and treatment of G93.3, Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Post-viral Fatigue SyndromeThe DVD’s are in English and without subtitles. Price: 250 DKK/35 Euro or 200 DKK/28 Euro for members of the Danish ME/CFS Association and conference participants. The member price is below our actual cost for producing the DVD’s. Postage: DVD’s are shipped from Denmark by Royal Danish mail. Postage to an EU country: 6 Euro for 1 DVD, 8 Euro for 2 or 3 DVD’s. To a non-European country: 8 Euro for 1 DVD, 11 Euro for 2 or 3 DVD’s.
