Guest guest
sent me the following info on bitter orange and Ceytal Mystrate and gave me permission to forward it. Please do your research before using any supplement! Hi Penny, Just to let you know how much I appreicate all the helpful info you send out.. I frequently forward info your to fellow chroniclly ill friends.. Just wanted to say that bitter orange can be toxic .. I remember doing some research a few years back when I became interested in it for candida(at that time I thought candida was my only issue).. I have learned so much more now about lyme, virus's, CFS, etc.. anyway, I did some in depth research like I ususally try to do when considering any helpful supplmement. I came across some really scary info. I wish I had kept in my files .. I will look and see. I am sure in moderation for certain people, it can be a benefit like anything else.. And, I always try to take into consideration that any thing you take can have consequences.. If you research enough, you wouldnt take anything...because there are always cautions.. but the bitter orange research was a bit different and enough to warrent warnings or cautions.. The Ceytal Mystrate I have been hearing really good things about.. It actually occurs in grass fed, organically raised beef and we used to get it naturally that way.. However now that beef is raised on genetically modifed corn and soy,, we no longer have it in our diets so supplementation is a good idea..(I am sure you already know all this..) Dont mean to offend or criticize and I could be over reacting abaout the bitter orange...just want to stay in touch with up to date info.. we have to help each other by networking.. we sure arent going to get help from doctors. Thanks Penny elizabeth
