In it, an informative article, about that CFS -Lyme Spinal fluid study that was in the news a few weeks ago* It mentions: The CDK5 signaling pathway was found to be highly upregulated in CFS , CDK5 is implicated in Alzheimer's and Parkinson's Diseases. CDK5 is a crucial regulator of neuronal migration in the developing central nervous system. research indicates it dysregualtion is involved in the pathology of neurodegenerative diseases. Also, in learning and memory, neurological pathology, and plays role in pain signaling and opioid tolerance.
