Guest guest Posted February 27, 2006 Report Share Posted February 27, 2006 Now they do not HAVE to be done on separate days but they should because then you can optimize your energy with each workout, if you do cardio before strength it can comprimise your strength and vice versa. It's just about using your energy stores separately, too much activity during one bout will comprimise efficacy.
