The wheat free cereal bars are store bought : but I do have a recipe for similar somewhere! I will try & find it. Off to tumble! Or perhaps just trying some OJ when you first wake up. Possibly just having a glass of just plain water first thing? I am no doctor but I would certainly want to check those things out.
