Dakota eats eggs, homemade jerky, Lo-carb muffins w/ no sugar jam, italian

bread, uncooked broccoli with hummus, tuna, sugar free, dairy free " choc " chip

cookies,( if you need a recipe, let me know )

wheat free cereal bars ( because they have no milk products in them).....he is

eating me out of house & home!

I can't wait to see my son eat like this! I would

love the recipe for the sugar free, dairy free choc

I will send the recipe for the cookies after I come back from gymnastics with my

youngest. The wheat free cereal bars are store bought : but I do have a recipe

for similar somewhere! I will try & find it.

andrenym007,

Good for you on quitting smoking. Have you checked your glucose level in

the morning? Or perhaps just trying some OJ when you first wake up.

Possibly just having a glass of just plain water first thing? I am no

doctor but I would certainly want to check those things out.
