Hi Kim,

I've been putting water in the back water bottle and then making the water. Our stone floats to the top a bit too but I push it down. I watched it while it was activating and it looks like all of the water is being activated even if it does float up. (you can see tiny bubbles swooshing around even towards the bottom)

Hi All;

Apologizing in advance for the potentially stupid questions...

I just started using my Valkion (had a little bit longer wait here in Canada) and I'm starting with the activated water...

Question:

When you're activating the water, do you put water in the humidifier bottle at back as well?? I know it says you can use the Valkion without water in the humidifier...

Also, the activator stone seems to float to the top -- does this matter?? I make sure it stays submerged in the glass of water.
