Guest guest
So far on the revisatrol and cod liver oil our die off symptoms are extreme agressiveness and wanting to hit somebody. I noticed that it gets under control after you have been on it for a while but if you miss a day, the first few days back on revisatrol you have this real agressive feeling. All of us are having more agression on it, unless you don't miss a dose. On another note I will put what I am taking here, but I feel like absolute crap. Mentally and physically exausted. Mentally having a hard time keeping it together. Is this treatment supposed to be the most grueling thing ever to be endured? Maybe I am not mopping up die off correctly. Here is what I and my daughter are taking....the rest are taking revisatrol and cod liver oil. Castor oil pack: place on right side, place trash bag over pack to keep clothes and bed from getting messy, place heating pad covered in cloth over pack. Sit for 45 min-1 hour. Save pack to reuse. Milk thistle 1 cap 1 time a day (liver support) Uva Ursi 1 cap 1 or 2 times a day for yeast control Optive Eye drops- dry eye as needed Bach flower remedy, 1 or 2 drops as needed away from food (for mood/stress) Cod liver oil 1 cap 3x a day starting with one a day build up slowly (for bartonella) Vitamin C 2 caps 2 x a day or to bowel tolerence Curcumin 95 1 cap 1x a day for inflammation Kelp 1 cap 1x a day for adrenals Cat's Claw 1 cap 2 x a day for lymes (samento) Resveratrol 1 cap 1 time a day ramping up to more or skipping a day as die off increases or decreases. Day one on this after missing more than two days causes agression, and die off symptoms of irritability. (for bartonella) Panothenic Acid 500mg 1 cap 1 x a day for adrenals I am also taking in addition Natto K, monolaurin, and virastop. Away from supplements. Then I am also taking calcium and selenium. I have an adrenal problem. I have lost what I am supposed to do for that, someone emailed me and I can't find that now and I know that is my missing link at least. Honestly, I just have no energy at all and i can't handle any stress. I feel so absolutely horrible I feel like I am going to die. Is this normal? What am I doing wrong? Is this just the way this treatment is?
