??anticlimbing fence alarm/system??

Hi,

We just had an 8 foot fence installed with super reinforcements. My twins turned 16 this week. One was punching through the fence and the other was going over it. So a million dollars later, one of them made it over today... I'm amazed and relieved he didn't break something when he landed in the neighbors back yard. Does anyone have an idea that could prevent him from climbing over it. (We will be getting a quote tomorrow for the metal arms that are at a 45 degree angle holding either barbed or barb-less wire. I was goggling for some type of pressured alarm system.... any leads would be welcomed.
