Guest guest
Hello! I talked to a Naturopath in CA last week who has created 2 new products that show promise for lyme, babesia and bartonella. They may be a good option for our kids. Here are the product names and the details... BLT - This is the buhner herbs WITHOUT Andographis which Buhner said at the 2008 conference that he would not recommend for chronic lyme. This is a tincture formula and so far docs are seeing good results. It's safe for kids 8yrs old and up. 4 oz - $52.95 and lasts for quite awhile. It can be provoking so you may be able to use this for the provocation before testing as wel. The dosage for kids 8 yrs is 10 drops 3 x's per day. Adults are 1/2 tsp 3 x's per day. As with anything it may be a good idea to ramp up the dose instead of going full dose out the gate. This works on Bartonella and Lyme. CAT Cream -This is a transdermal cream that is applied opically. It has Artemisia, Cryptolepsis Root and Teasel Root. It's primary usage is for treating babesia. It can be provoking, is ok for kids and the best method is to apply a very small dab on the sole of the foot before bed at night...then have them wear socks. Go slow, may cause herx. It's $21.95 for 2 oz which will last for months if only a small dab is used. These were create by Dr. Thoring. They are ONLY available by calling his office NOT online yet. I haven't used the products personally yet but one person on this group has and has good things to say.
