Guest guest
Hi Christie, I noticed in your e-mail you said Sam has some difficulty with the left side of his body. Is one side smaller then the other? Kennedy has one side smaller then the other, for her it is her right side. Guest guest
- Sam's left side is slightly smaller than his right. Does Kennedy have limited use of her right side compared to her left? I read in your roll call about Kennedy's original mis-diagnosis. Sam was also initially mis-diagnosed with a much more severe condition with a very short life span. Needless to say, he quickly proved the doctors wrong! I wish you all the best this New Year- Christie, mom to Sam (9 yrs old, BPP)
Guest guest
Kennedy doesn't usually like to weight bare on her left leg as much as her right but she will just usually right then left, she uses her right hand to hold her bottle(it has handles)and toys. She will not use her left unless you make her. She will lift both legs in the air if she's on her belly. The first time we took Kennedy in to see the doctor that misdiagnosised her with -Dieker he said well she wouldn't continue to get strong, but she does everyday. Hope both you and Sam are well. and Kennedy > >Reply-To: polymicrogyriaegroups >To: <polymicrogyriaegroups> >Subject: RE: Christie and Sam >Date: Mon, 1 Jan 2001 20:11:13 -0600 > >- > >Sam's left side is slightly smaller than his right.
