Q2: Do you know whether it is a " change " ? Q3: Do you know the content? Q4: Do you understand the implications (not those hypothesis by the media or politicians)? If not, then it is another case of you referring to piece absent verification - I am seeing a theme in your process (in addition to not answering questions). Tony Ps I have read it. There is a BS piece in it - the lack of due process for its implementation [not surprising for this administration]. Which in all irony is part of what the proposed " change " will more clearly require for future regulations. The rest is nothing very new, just formal presentation of the history and legal decisions that drive the agency. ....................................................................... Guest guest
Tony,I am the one who posted the reference to the Bush administration's proposed rulemaking.I was just trying to show the irony of their double standards and also show how the cards are clearly stacked against anyone who would try to improve the health situation for working people under this administration, regardless of how much relevant information became available. But of course, they are also falling over backwards trying to prevent any new information on these issues from emerging, and intimidate those who dare to speak out against this. You know, their so called " war on science " . : Regarding your reference to: U.S. Rushes to Change Workplace Toxin Rules http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2008/07/22/AR2008072202 838.html Response: Q1: Have you read the proposed " change " ?
