Sharon:

We take all Nutramedix herbs at the same time with other herbs and with food. They still work. We take one Nutramedix herb in the morning in filtered water and one in the evening in filtered water. I have tried them in juice, and they did not work. I find they seem to work slightly better if given away from other things, but not enough for the trouble with my large family. I do take Unda 243, but several hours afterward. I started with Samento, one drop a day, and that was enough to cause herxing. I think herxing was less on Cumanda, and we started with likely a few drops a day. I think 3 to 5 drops were used with the detoxing herbs, with no adverse reaction or minor. Whatever the directions stated is what was followed. Each bottle comes with directions. We have even worked up to a little more than what the directions stated with little or no problems. Note that the doses listed on the bottles are adult doses. The directions state to put in about 4 oz of filtered water and wait a minute or so. We have waited many hours sometimes. Not sure if it still worked, but no one got any adverse symptoms.

Love and prayers,

Heidi N

I've got some of the Nutramedix herbs and am ready to start. I believe you're supposed to give away from food, but will it be effective at all if you do give with food? My college age daughter isn't home a lot and I have to give it to her when I can. Can the herbs be given with homeopathics, too, like an antiparasitic or drainage remedy? Thanks so much,SharonPS - dosage is starting at 1 drop a day and working up to 15-30 drops 2 times a day? Take a break after day 12 and then start again after 36 hours?Make your life easier with all your friends, email, and favorite sites in one place. Try it now.
