I wanted to weigh in on this topic not because I have a good answer

however I think I can bring some peace of mind to the situation.

There is much controversy on the problem of water cleaning. And as

I'm sure you are also, I find it a terribly sad state of affairs that

we are part of a culture that has so damaged our water supply that we

even have to discuss cleaning it. Sad.

You will not find consensus on this issue. As of right now it

appears that your best bet if you can afford it is to go reverse

osmosis. However you can find sources that will affirm that

distilled is fine. The reason I'd say that the ro is your best bet

is you won't find much opposition to ro except for the mineral issue

and quite honestly if you are DIGESTING AND ABSORBING (which after

years of abuse and neglect can be easier said than done) your hi

quaility traditional NT style diet your mineral consumption via your

water is a non issue. Eating a proper whole food diet should provide

more than enough minerals for excellent functioning. Does the

mineral loss alter the structure of the water composition yes it

does. But anything you do to your water will be less than perfect.

If you want perfect water you won't find it very many places and if

you found it you wouldn't need to clean it. So since most of us have

access to varying degrees of poor water for one reason or another we

must just resign ourselves to the fact that our water is not going to

be perfect, we just need to make it as good as possible and when all

opinions are considered regarding cleaning processes there are

apparently more votes for RO.

There is far too much controversy for anyone to be a zealot on

this topic so these are my thoughts on this topic and the literature

out there on water processing. I hope it is of some help.

Sincerely,
