Guest guest Posted June 7, 2006 Report Share Posted June 7, 2006 Seems since I stopped brewing for the 14-18 days that my scobies are all thin sparce and not separating or covering well? Ripping.I don't know if it is from using the thick scobies that need a few go arounds (which this is the second or third time)to adjust to the change inschedule or because they are thick and not doing well?.... I have been trying the 6-7 day cycle. Trying to learn when to decant for a milder taste. I am using the 3 Gr/4Bl tea bags for a pickle jar so put in 12 cups tea and was doing 1c. sugar and now try 1 1/2 c. -Audrey Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
