Most of the time mine is just a slab of meat or cheese on bread. Sometimes

when I'm in a hurry I'll have this energy bar/brownie thing a friend of mine

sells. It's a little square that tastes great and fills me up 'till about 3

or 4 pm.

I usually have a large bowl of vegetable salad with a

peice of meat of different kind, including fish.

Sometimes I have some grains (buckwheat, brown rice,

millet) instead of a salad. Of course, lots of fat is

added to either the salad or grains: butter, olive

oil, coconut oil, sour cream.

I use the whole egg and goat's milk (that's what we have year 'round), lots

of vanilla and then nutmeg and sometimes cinnamon with maple syrup....gettin'

I agree! I used to have eggnog for breakfast everyday when I was

lifting weights. Unfortunately I sprained my ankle and have been

gimpy so now I'm on a diet to lose the weight I put on being

sedentary so I don't have it very often.

What was your eggnog recipe? I liked a couple egg yolks and some milk

to taste, with some vanilla, nutmeg and maple syrup.
