Tea out overnight before brewing. Without starter, Sours or molds.

Dear Jo,

I do it, but it is risky. If you don't add the starter to it ahead of

time, it will get little circles of mold.

Also, tea left out much longer than overnight will get sour and taste

bad.

if I leave my big fat mugs of white and green tea out on the counter too

long, I have to throw that good tea out. LOve. MArge.
