Guest guest Posted May 16, 2006 Report Share Posted May 16, 2006 Dear Jo, I do it, but it is risky. If you don't add the starter to it ahead of time, it will get little circles of mold. Also, tea left out much longer than overnight will get sour and taste bad. if I leave my big fat mugs of white and green tea out on the counter too long, I have to throw that good tea out. LOve.
