Guest guest
Hi Marge, It is my opinion that it is the device used to measure for the presence of Glucoronic Acid that shows it in some Kombucha and not in others. Mike Roussin had some pretty sophisticated equipment and as I recall he said there was no Glucoronic Acid to be found. I believe he indicated that what had been measured as Glucoronic Acid by some other devices was not there when measured with his equipment. Since the presence of Glucoronic Acid is a big selling point for Kombucha it is still reported to be in there, like usnic acid, and some other things that are not found in Kombucha. Gluconic Acid is found in Kombucha and it seems the liver makes it's own Glucoronic Acid. Let's just add Glucoronic Acid to one of the unresolved questions about Kombucha:-)) It is a mystery! Would welcome all research based opinions on this matter..... Peace, Love and Harmony, Bev > > Dear Ones, > > Do we have mutants? > > Blessings on you all. LOve.
