Guest guest
I just wanted to report on my son's Bartonella rash. It is still the smallest it has ever been, seemingly mostly from Smilax. We just switched from Smilax to a high-potency form of Grapefruit Seed extract and the rash is continuing to decrease. It did shrink upon Resveratrol and Cumanda, but then it stopped shrinking for many months until Smilax, which started it shrinking again. We are no longer on Smilax, but using Grapefruit seed extract instead, and it is still shrinking, only a tiny bit a day, but it is finally shrinking. Both Smilax and Grapefruit seed extract are suppose to be very broad anti-pathogen killers in that they kill most things more so than herbs in general. I am thinking this must be why they both seem to work on his rash. We are not applying anything topically, only relying on oral treatments to rid it. There is no specific reason for the switch from Smilax to Grapefruit seed extract other than to rotate treatment. I will say to use caution when using a high potency form of Grapefruit seed extract. I did get a fast heart-beat reaction which is actually quite typical and common for me to get, but even so, I want to caution everyone that herbs are just as strong as medicine and even stronger. The same dose on the next day did not bring about the same faster heart-beat, which tells me its likely die-off. I have had these symptoms since age 15 which return if I don't take supplements, but are usually gone while on supplements. And let me say that my heart- beat is truly awful without supplements. It beats all over the place with no steady rhythm. I have seen several doctors, and each one had a different diagnosis. No medicine that they gave me helped. But these anti-pathogen herbs definitely make it beat beautiful, except a little problem here and there with initial die-off from some new herbs. Love and prayers, Heidi N
