Dear Ann,

I make three large Corningware pots at a time. I was making four, but

one of the burners on my drop-in cooktop had pastic melted into it. O

Woe.

I no longer have my old Ex-Refrig brewing cabinet, so I have to brew out

here in the open in the living room until we get my new kitchen

cabinets.

In my old dark cabinet, I seemed to get naarly three gallons of net

brew. Here, I get more like 1 1/2 gallons. It must be evaporating faster

in the open.

Then my son and I each drink 8 ounces a day.

We are out before I know it.
