Guest guest Posted April 5, 1999 Report Share Posted April 5, 1999 I am a rehab manager in a 100 bed hospital-4 PTs, 2 CPTAs, one ATC, two OTs, two STs. I have recently approached the administration of my hospital about job-sharing in our department. Has anyone out there had any experience, either themselves or in supervising employees who share job duties/hours? I would like some real life examples to discuss with the administrators who have already decided it would not work without really investigating it. Any help I can get would be appreciated.
