Advice on Using Inappropriate Lanuguage

Hi,

Just thought I'd quickly ask...how do you all deal with the child

using inappropriate language? Honestly, lately we've been stressed

with my 14 yr. old daughter with bipolar 2, she got in a fight with

her dad and he ended up with a bloody nose the other day. So I've

been tired, maybe this is an excuse I don't know.

My 7 year old son, PDD, has been saying bad words more often. He says

everything, the " F " word a lot. I've been just ignoring him lately

and telling him NOT to talk like that.

I'm just worried because I know the teacher is going to tell me next

week when he starts school, she's mentioned it before. I've been

drilling him on how we do not say these words in front of any

children....it's very bad for the children to learn bad words from my son.

By the way, my daughter being 14 with this mood disorder curses all

over except when her dad is home. I believe that's where my son

picked up the bad habit.
