Guest guest
I believe what Shari wrote is correct about reverse osmosis. Fluoride is one of the most difficult solvents to remove from water -- so any process that *truly* removes fluoride should removes the minerals, including beneficial ones. Are there methods to remineralize purified water? I called the Azomite people, mentioned in NT. Azomite does not actually dissolve, so you have to drink sediment really fast -- doesn't sound appealing. How do people in fluoridated communities deal with this??? I just did a lot of research and fluoride is *really* disturbing. I'm quite sure I have mild fluoridosis already. >I have heard that reverse osmosis also takes out too many minerals.
