Involuntary muscle twitching

Dear List; does anyone here have a child that has involuntary muscle

twitching? My son just started 2 weeks ago, twitching his nose to one

side, making loud sniffing sound as he is doing it. Worse at night.

Can this be triggered by herx, affecting his central nerve system?

BTW, my husband had this issue since he was a teenager, right arm

twitching(just before he is about to drive the car), eye, mouth

twitching.
