Caryn,

Nutramedix Lyme herbs should be taken 20 minutes away from food and other

supplements. They work better when taking with empty stomach. Juice counts

as food. The best way to take them is to put the drops into a glass or

small bowl of spring water and let it sit for a few minutes before drinking

it. It does not matter much which herb you start first. Just use one herb

at a time and rotate them.
