I got mine, and am gonna start using it tonight!

Regarding the dose:

Dr Amy's nurse informed me yesterday that I should start with 1 oz of

the activated water every other day. After a week or so, to increase it

to 2 oz. Then after a week or so, increase frequency to every day.

After that, to use the activated air starting at 2 to 3 min and slowly

increase. This is for my 5 yr old who is very sensitive generally.
