Also, Dr. A advised us to stay off calcium because it feeds the biofilm. This makes me nervous since we are off dairy, my kids

need the calcium.

You might check into taking a Silica Supplement as it is a precursor to Calcium in the body. Horsetail tincture gives silica..... (a herbal).
