Guest guest
: Yes, I think I felt pretty bad as well, but the exremeness only lasted a few days, and then I slowly came out of it. We got to where we could take lots of Resveratrol and Cat's Claw with no side effects, but that first few weeks, one pill was wiping us out. Thus, its weird to remember that as I read your post. I can't beleive we used to be so sensitive as compared to now. I, too, can't go off of these herbs though, or things return. I guess the pathogens re- grow. I have faith that one day, we won't be so dependent. I just added in Modifilan to hopefully reduce out toxin load to assist our immune system in re-setting. I think your monolaurin, Virastop and Natto could be increasing the effectiveness of the Resveratrol and Cat's Claw, enabling them to kill more, faster. Also, I would consider some more things for lymph or liver support. I love Burbur, Unda 243, and artichoke. You may benefit from increasing your kelp or Curcumin. I don't know how strong Curcumin 95 is since I use Turmeric, but it is an anti-inflammatory. Only problem is that it also kills pathogens, so sometimes it can add to the die-off. It's one of those trial and error things. Sometimes I up my milk thistle during the tough times as well. I take lithium orotate daily to protect me from die-off. It makes all the difference. Without it, I can barely take pathogen killers. With it, I can take 4 or more times as much to kill pathogens. It has some type of nerve- protection properties to it. Mellatonin really takes those toxins out of my brain at night as well. I use a lot of things. I guess I am just a mess inside. I need so much. But, on all these things, people don't believe I am sick.
