Guest guest
Actually, research shows that tap water does a much better job at re-hydrating you, and you almost have to drink double the amount of filtered water to get the same effects. This is an interesting read: http://www.newstarget.com/003202.html > I drink lots of water and have for years with no apparent effect on my sensitivity. If you're chronically dehydrated, drinking more water could help lots of things, I would think. I have a Brita filter in the fridge, and I drink nothing but water (maybe an occasional coffee or tea). You don't have to drink nasty tap water or expensive bottled water. > > > > > --------------------------------- > Looking for last minute shopping deals? Find them fast with Yahoo!
