Guest guest
I am convinced that many of my ailments are caused by chronic dehydration. High blood pressure, and even 4S. I drink half my body weight in ounces daily and I have for quite some time, and I feel a lot better. My urine is clear, and I just am a lot less irritated. If I let go of my water drinking for quite some time, I tend to become irritated, things bother me more, etc. Does anyone here drink what they should be drinking in water each day? Ie... 100 oz of water if you weigh 200 pounds, etc. matt
Guest guest
I drink lots of water and have for years with no apparent effect on my sensitivity. If you're chronically dehydrated, drinking more water could help lots of things, I would think. I have a Brita filter in the fridge, and I drink nothing but water (maybe an occasional coffee or tea). You don't have to drink nasty tap water or expensive bottled water. Looking for last minute shopping deals? Find them fast with Yahoo! Search.
