Dear All,

Sorry my english knowledge.

My name's Karcsi from Hungary (Central Europe). I'm 33 years old.

Doctors diagnosed CMT 2 four years ago, when I was 28 years old. I

started to walk when 1 and half years old and I hadn't got problem

until when I was 5-6 years old. The first problem was my feet, it

were very weak and later when I was 8-9 my hands started. I can walk

with cane, but I use the wheelchair more times.

My daughter is 2 years old, and she can't walk. She was very weak,

when she was born. Until she was born, We done the genetic

examination in ATHENA, US, and the result was, that We have got a

children without CMT.

My wife is disabled, but the doctors can't say the exact diagnosis.

Now, that I find this website, it seems to me, that she has got CMT

too.
