Guest guest Posted January 11, 2007 Report Share Posted January 11, 2007 Candace, I eat good protein, fish, chicken, some very lean beef 2X a day. Also cottage cheese. I added more protein to my diet after reading Dr. D'Amo's book on Eating for Your Blood Type. I'm Type O and the increased protein suggested has had outstanding benefits for me. I have energy to spare, so I work out more and not only have I lost weight and toned up, I have built muscle. I also eat alot of fresh and raw fruit and vegetables.
