Candace,

I eat good protein, fish, chicken, some very lean beef 2X a day. Also cottage

cheese. I added more protein to my diet after reading Dr. D'Amo's book on Eating

for Your Blood Type. I'm Type O and the increased protein suggested has had

outstanding benefits for me. I have energy to spare, so I work out more and not

only have I lost weight and toned up, I have built muscle. I also eat alot of

fresh and raw fruit and vegetables. I'm 54, I feel the best ever, better than at

44, and even 34! I'm very active too. Give the protein a try.
