Guest guest Posted January 11, 2007 Report Share Posted January 11, 2007 Thanks to everyone who helped me figure out that stretching exercises for toes might help me. I am puzzled. I understand how to stretch all but my big toe... and that is the problem now... It is bent and hits the top of my shoe (even with deep toe box). What is the anatomy of the big toe? It must be different from the others... The stretching feels good... even if I get no other benefit... this is a plus.
