i think it is the lower cream content.

i have yet to experiment with adding some raw cream to the organic pastures.

i used to add cream and honey to my clarvale, drink out of the bottle, and

let it sit in the car on a sunny day.

instead of turning to curds and whey, it would turn into a tangy yoghurty

drink...

i'll try clabbering the OP with some added cream this week.
