Hmmm. Did your friend do both types of tests for Bartonella? We

came up positive on both, but the lab people said that people can be

positive with one and negative for the other. I imagine if your

friend's son does not improve satisfactorily with IVIG, then she can

try testing again after the IVIG treatments.
