Guest guest
Hello all! some in the past has given advice about disability, but I need more info. Here's some background. Applied in Feb., turned down. That was before the CMT diagnosis. Hired a lawyer within 2 weeks. He has not done anything to date. Ignores my e-mails. As far as I know he has done nothing? From what Gretchen told me I believe I need to reapply at this point. Is this correct? (Gretchen) Or should I try to find another lawyer? What all documentation besides medical records should I present? What do I do if I asked my neurologist to write me a letter explaining my symptoms and he said all he could do was send me to have a work evaluation done. (still am waiting on that appointment). What else could I do to help myself with this process?? This is so frustrating! What are the chances of being turned down twice? I want to be like I was before and get out and get another job, but physicall I just cannot. Thanks in advance for all the wonderful help you all supply! Let me know if you need more info.
