I'm sure you will hear from many parents who also have children with CMT. As for Pediatric Neurologists specializing in CMT, I will think more on this and get back to you. Have you considered using the services of MDA, or better yet Shriners - they might be a big help. http://www.shrinershq.org/ I was once a CMT child myself - pre-dating the Internet Age. However, my symptoms first showed about age 7, and by age 10, I was officially diagnosed. I have led a full and happy life so far and plan on continuing doing so.
