Guest guest
Amelia, hi, I was so young when I took the Potassium, so at that time I didn't know why I had to take it. However, now I know Potassium is a main component of cellular fluid, and this positive electrolyte helps to regulate neuromuscular function and osmotic pressure. By doing so, it aids in skeletal muscle function. So I suppose this is why my neurologists had me take it. It wasn't in pill form, but in a big quarter-size shaped tablet. I dropped it in a tall glass of water and waited for it to dissolve. It made the water turn sort of a yellow-green color and it was fizzy. Didn't taste too bad either. I did this 2X a day, once after school at about 2 pm, the next time about 8 pm. I don't know if Potassium would help your husband now or not, but his doctor can check his complete electrolyte levels at his next check-up and see if he could benefit from it. ~ Gretchen
