Finally got the NT book, am very excited!

I'm stuck here in New Haven Connecticut with no car.

I was wondering if anyone knows how I can get a hold of raw milk.

I see that there is a farm about 23 miles away called Shepard Farms, but I

have no way of getting there.

Any ideas?

p.s. I'm sorry if this is later in the book-- given how healthy gelatin

is, can I get similar benefit from using Knox plain gelatin?

Here is what I've seen at www.realmilk.com, under the Where? topic (page

2):

CT Mansfield Center Elissa Sante (860) 455-0739. Organic Jersey

milk, sold at the farm and in stores.

Local Farm, Cornwall Bridge (860 572-0229)

Shepard Farm, Wodbridge CT (203 393-0174)

Simsbury, Town Farm Dairy has raw milk from Jersey cows. They

deliver!

Boy, would I love to live anywhere near Simsbury, CT-- " they deliver! "
