Alert: Dynamic Bracing Solutions

To All:

I thought this looked too familiar, so I went to the website. When I

saw the name " Marmaduke Loke " I remembered and almost choked. 6-7 years ago we

had a fraud alert on him; he had attempted to make leg braces for several

persons with CMT, took their $, never produced the braces and then vanished. Now

it appears he is back under a new name and has " polished " himself up. Be aware,

of this, and that " Marmaduke " does not have enough significant CMT experience

nor credentials to be making braces for persons with CMT. His experience is in

making braces for persons with Polio, and we all know that is much different

than CMT.

I don't mean to be negative, but please be careful here. I just tried to check

his background and or " new certification " through cpeds.org and found he is not

listed.

Marmaduke used to work with Neilson on the braces. You may find this

topic in our older archives.

If you must come to California from the East (or anywhere else), I recommend you

see Stefan Moser at Swiss Balance in Santa (west of Los Angeles). Stefan

knows all types of braces and will give you the ones that will work best FOR

YOU. On top of that Stefan is a nice guy, he's Swiss trained, plus has USA

credentials too. He is a Certified Orthotist and is registered with Cpeds

Braces, AFOs, in-shoe orthotics, are all so unique to us. They are not supposed

to break or hurt, and if you need adjustments, it is helpful that you can get to

your Orthotist asap.
