HI,

The chlorella in combination with vitamins and limiting caffeine and sugar

has been a big blessing to us. Everything she drinks is now caffeine free..

on occasion if we eat out she will drink sweet tea and she is bouncing off

the walls with energy..lol. I haven't gone to sugar free stuff because I

feel all those sweeteners aren't good either so she has to choose what her

daily sweet treat will be. (She was a sweet-aholic) When I started with the

sugar and caffeine removal I saw a little improvement in anger. Then we

started the chlorella, http://www.mercola.com/forms/chlorella.htm . We

started with 3 in the morning and added 1 every other day in the evening

till we worked up to 7 per day, 3 in the morning and 4 at night. We then

added 2 gummy vitamins per day in the morning http://www.drugstore

=1 & btrx=BUY-GFI-0-PPXS. Then 1,000 mg of vitamin C at night. I started all

this around November of last year. The change has been that the obsessive

thoughts have pretty much disappeared ( every now and then she will see

something that triggers it but then it is easier to get over and theres no

big scene and melt down.) The clothing issues have completely disappeared(

IE: shirts choked her, socks seams hurt her toes, tags bugged her, pants

were too tight or too loose etc), and my kid that used to catch everything

that came along went all winter without getting sick at all, even though she

had been exposed to strep throat and whooping cough along with the normal

colds etc that pass around every year. The ocd symptoms all begain 5 days

after an MMR shot so I have sworn off immunizations and I really believe

that the chlorella cleaned the toxins out of her body from the mmr. It took

about 1 month to see a good difference. We have now gone down to 5 chlorella

per day.

HTH,

Melony

In what way has Chlorella helped your daughter? How much does she take?
