Guest guest
Yes, it can be somewhat emotionally devastating to need AFOs. However, one of my neurologists told me that there is nothing about my condition that would be improved by a fracture. Dan
Guest guest
Hi Larry, Do you just have one AFO? Because I do, for my left foot drop. I don't feel I need one on each side and a few members say that a CMT person needs two. I have just started using one within the past 6 months. It took me awhile to find an Orthotist that could make to fit and feel comfortable... It seems to fit good, doesn't hurt, I just know about all the plastic. Thanks for listening.. Guest guest
At present I only have one on my left leg, but I am having symptoms on my right side so I guess I may soon have two. When that happens I believe the hand controls won't be far behind. Hey, every day a new surprise! --Larry
