THANKS Re: sad & confused mom - no shoes fit AFOs

Thanks all. We did try New Balance..I love those shoes too. I

really don't know why... he had to get 2 sizes larger and I guess

they were awkward. I bet that maybe I could get him to pull them

out of the closet and give them a try again.

I guess that I was venting this afternoon. But it irks me.. even

though we work so hard, sometimes we are in the dark...

And this afternoon, I looked for the name of a CMT doctor... and the

first name that came up from CMT-A was the doc who simply told

us, " well, I guess you know that you have CMT... its not life

threatening, so just come back next year. WE had to ask for the

special parking pass... and WE had to ask for the AFO prescription.

Well, WE don't know what things that WE aren't asking for... I guess

we need to try to find someone else.

Anyway, thanks for the support. I think your ideas are great. And

I am glad you are there.
