Guest guest
, HOW DO YOU GET LOMATIUM DOWN YOUR THROAT WITHOUT GAGGING?? I bought some years ago because an R.N. told me she had completely recovered from Epstein Barr Virus by using Lomatium for a year. She told me I probably had the same virus due to having mononucleosis in high school MANY years prior, and she said she had been almost bedridden by the time her chiropractor tested her and prescribed the Lomatium. I only met with her one time, and never could contact her to find out how she took it. Do you have a magic secret as how to take it, or are you maybe not so taste sensitive as I am?? YUK! I don't know how anyone could take it straight or just mixed in water. Please tell me there's another way! Blessings, Molly > > > > > > : > > > > > > I haven't been to your website in a while. Guest guest
Molly, I'm looking forward to 's reply on this one as well (and thank you for the Valkion vs eng3 post as well!). I'm part of a group here in WA that has very successfully been using Lomatium with our ASD kids (and some of us, including myself our whole family all under the care of our great herbalist. It is a strong herb, but we've found some good ways to hide it. My son has ART tested really well on the LDM-100 from Barlow Herbals. He has been on and off of it (running in cycles for us of about 60 days on, 30-60 days off for just over a year now). We have been hiding it on and off with Pau D'Arco for yeast in a small shot sized glass of a strong juice. I know some have said not to mix juice with herbs, but we've done just fine as a family, and I've got to get it down children). My NT daughter is 5 and my recovering ASD son has just turned 10 and it was to important for them to take it...so we just did what we had to do to get it down them. I hide it in a dark strong juice (we're not phenol sensitive), usually Kagome Purple Roots & Fruits. Another favorite for hiding strong dark herbs has been Trader Joes Cherry Cider which is strong enough to hide the strong herb taste, again only a small shot size is given. The LDM-100 and the LED were key in reducing my sons Epstein Barr Virus as well as many other viral issues. The herbalist just put him back on it for 30 days, 12 drops a day for a flare up of Strep. We don't stay on it long, and are always monitored by a trained doctor on it. On Chelatingkids2 one of the moms baselined the titres then ran again 30 days post LDM-100, Strep and CMV titres were both down 50% after one month of LDM100. Just be careful with it, it's powerful and can stress the liver/kidneys, monitoring is recommended, not to mention the possible rash 8-10 days after starting it.
