Guest guest
Dear friends, I have to say I am Suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper happy, my son has responded to the supplement Bitter orange that contains Octopamine as I expected. I will scan the reports from school I asked in order to have some prove of mental cognitive awareness, etc mark ups. Of course the school people doesn’t know what is he taking but I asked them for daily reports so I can use them as guide to see if I am not dreaming or something J I am soooooooooooo happy, you guys have no idea!!! Please give yourself a change, nothing to loose 9 dollars, no side effects except maybe a little sentimental the first 2 or 3 days and that’s it. The mental stuff is: Mental comprehension of more complex abstract concepts, like today he asked me how the gas station pump works? And he was explaining to me how humans cannot breathe on space without a space suit!!! Also he is more mature and compressive with his little brother and friends. He showing al LOT of COMON SENSE and EMPATHY and SYMPHATY. He is getting his thoughts more organized, his ADD is wearing off!!!! J My friend Carol visited us today and she even noticed how he salute her more appropriated, spontaneous, etc, he is overall balancing out those extreme emotions, too happy, too exited, etc. Octopamine may not be the answer for everyone, but it’s so cheap that it’s worth to try. I am sure Carol can also give some feed back on how is her son doing, I am just to exited and happy to see it’s working. I forgot to mention, I am not giving my son anything else, not even vitamin C, I want to be sure if it works or not, so Mark has not even been taking the homeopathic remedy. My best to all of you Lalama. http://www.reversingautism.org For the record, all original ideas like BT, succinic acid and octopamine connection to autism and the use of this information for autism treatment or laboratory mark ups. Guest guest
Hi Cori, I am very excited about the Bitter Orange, so I want to share my experience with it. I use Solaray's Bitter Orange (2 pills daily - per muscle testing and common sense))which also has Licorce Root. I have been giving it to my 6 year old son for almost 2 weeks, and my mild responder is responding! His attention, speech and socialization have all improved. For example, three days after starting, he understands, finally, basic prepositions. He is noticing and copying the other boys in his class for the first time. At school today he made 28 spontaneous requests when in the past the most he made was 7. He is also sleeping better and doing well in his ABA program. The only negative we saw was some stimming at first, but it has gone down the past 4 days. If you google octopamine you will see what it is. The scientists used to think that only invertebrates had it and used pesticides to block it so that the insects would lose the ability to communicate with each other and work together as a colony (colony collaspe sound familiar?). Well, it turns out that vertebrates have octopamine and need it! My understanding is that pesticides have blocked the octopamine receptors in my son, and you throw in other problems like immune suppression, virus, bacteria, heavy metals, etc., and you have ADD, ASD and all those other acronyms. I have been working on my son since he was 2 years old. ABA, speech, OT, 8 months of chelation, homeopathy, anti-viral therapy, etc. etc. This bitter orange has worked better and faster than anything else I have tried. I am only doing homeopathy and a few vitamins currently. Bitter Orange, and I assume octopamine, is something my son needs. I am not saying that everyone needs it, but it is something to consider. Since not much research has been done on it, I don't know if it should be taken if you use other medications, herbs, etc. I always discuss possible complications with my health care provider. has been spending many hours trying to see how this fits in to everything, and I put in my few hours that I have after work. > > > > Dear friends, > > > > > > > > I have to say I am Suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper happy, my son has responded > to the > > supplement Bitter orange that contains Octopamine as I expected. > > > > > > > > I will scan the reports from school I asked in order to have some > prove of > > mental cognitive awareness, etc mark ups. > > > > > > > > Of course the school people doesn't know what is he taking but I > asked them > > for daily reports so I can use them as guide to see if I am not > dreaming or > > something :-) > > > > > > > > I am soooooooooooo happy, you guys have no idea!!! Guest guest
Can anyone recommend a brand of Bitter Orange that does not contain Licorice? My son has ACE deletion (Yasko's nutrigenomic testing) that suggests an increased level of aldosterone. Because Licorice inhibits enzymes that break down aldosterone and cortisol, the use supplement containing Licorice is non ideal for my son, as Licorice can further lead to increased levels of aldosterone. But, I do want to give Bitter Orange a try. Supporting adrenals and kidneys would help with ACE mutations. I think I have adrenals covered and are searching for good, effective supplements to support kidneys. Any recommendation on kidneys supplements? Thank you.
