I have just talked to Paolo, and he said " the book is still available

for people who become members of the AICMT. Go to this page and then

There is a short form to complete, name, address, country, etc.then

you can put in your Visa card number. Once this is processed, you will

receive a free copy of Rehabilitation Management in Charcot Marie

Tooth by Dr. Paolo Vinci.

Along time ago I wrote a review of this book. I think there is a copy
